Woodbridge Antiques has dated this piece to the Victorian era.
The sconce is removable. The Snuffer is attached to the pretty handle and matches the design of the chamberstick with the same beaded edge. The Chamberstick, Snuffer and Sconce all bear the clear hallmarks for the London Assay office with a date mark for 1901, Lion Passant indicating the finest sterling silver and the maker's mark for the silver maker: Thomas Bradbury & Sons.
