A beautiful English solid silver card case. It is hallmarked for Birmingham 1927 with the makers mark being WA. It has been superbly made being curved to allow it to sit in a pocket comfortable. It has ben beautifully engraved with scrolls around a shield cartouche engraved RL or RI. It is in superb condition being free from dings holes and repairs, gilded inside. It measures approx. 3.25 inches (8.3cms) long by 1.5 inches (4cms) wide and weighs 36 grams - you may need to get cards specifically made to fit if you plan to use it, many companies offer this service. A superbly designed beautifully clean example.
