Description

A beautiful European solid sterling silver fish server / slice. It is hallmarked with the 800 standard silver mark, and other marks, I suspect the horse head mark may be an import mark for Yugoslavia, I would date it to c1910. It has been beautifully designed with the base of the handle cast in the form of a dolphin (fish). It is in superb condition being free from dings splits and repairs. It measures approx. 11.5 inches (29.2cms) long by 2.25 inches (5.6cms) wide and weighs 120 grams. A beautifully made example.
