A super quality English solid sterling silver cigarette case. It is hallmarked for Birmingham 1937 with the maker’s mark being K&D. It has been superbly designed being engine turned with a vacant cartouche. It is in good condition being free from dings splits and repairs, there is the odd faint mark and a slight gap when closed - see final photo. The inside is clean and gilded and it clicks shut. It measures approx. 5 inches (12.7cms) long by 3.5 inches (8.7cms) wide and weighs 166 grams. A superbly made quality piece.
