A superb Georgian solid sterling silver fiddle pattern basting spoon. It is hallmarked for London 1817 with the makers marks being that of John & Henry Lias. It has been superbly designed being engraved with the single initial G. It is in superb condition having no dings splits distortions or repairs. It measures approx. 11.5 inches (29cms) long by 2.25 inches (5.6cms) wide and weighs an impressive 148 grams. A very high quality piece.
