Large Victorian Solid Silver Serving Tray Platter

Description

A large Victorian solid silver drink or serving tray of good proportions, with beautiful cast border engraved surface. Large vacant central cartouche. Hallmarked Sheffield 1898 by Manton & Cook. In excellent condition, one small tarnish spot. The engraving sharp and crisp, hallmarks clear.

A fine example of good quality. Impressive weight of 1,480 grams
