A beautiful rare Victorian English solid sterling silver porringer bowl or cup and saucer. Both pieces are hallmarked for London 1900 with the makers marks being that of Marston & Bayliss. They have been superbly made with the bowl having two handles and is in superb condition, having no dings splits or repairs. The bowl measures 5.25 inches (13.2cms) across including the handles and 4 inches (10.2cms) excluding them by over 2.5 inches (6cms) tall with the saucer measuring 4.25 inches (11cms) across and combined weighs 198 grams. A stunning example.
