Description

A fine quality pair of 19th century bronze putti candlesticks standing one-legged on circular alabaster and ormolu mounted bases with ormolu feet. The finely cast putti each holding aloft reeded circular columns which form the lamp bases. (Previously with candle holders, now wired for electricity).

A very well proportioned pair of laps, Ideal decoration for a classical interior, either side of a bed or on a side table

44.5 cms tall overall including shades. Feet to bulb holders 32cms.

Bases 102cms diameter, shades 28.5cms diameter maximum.
