A top quality English solid sterling silver cigarette or cheroot case. It is hallmarked for London 1926 with the maker’s mark being that of Sampson Mordan & Co. It has been superbly designed being engine turned, the inside has been gilded. It is in superb condition being free from dings splits and repairs. It measures approx. 3.5 inches (8.7cms) long by 2.75 inches (7.2cms) wide and weighs 96 grams. A superbly made high-quality piece.
