Antique Sterling Silver & Tortoiseshell Trinket Box 1916

Description

This is a lovely shaped antique sterling silver and tortoiseshell trinket box measuring 3 1/4" (8.5 cms) x 2" (5 cms) x 1 1/2" (4 cms) high and hallmarked for Birmingham 1916 with the silversmiths mark for Edward Souter Barnsley.

Inside is lined in a faded velvet which is worn but clean and ready for use.

The tortoiseshell lid has beautiful inlaid silver pique and the whole item is in excellent condition - any marks you can see are just reflections.

This item will come in a gift box with a certificate of authenticity.
