Description

This is an antique hallmarked sterling silver pierced top marriage box measuring 3 1/4” (8 cms) across x 2 1/4" (6 cms) and just over 1” (3 cms) high.

The pierced decoration on the lid shows a wedding carriage leaving the church.

It weighs 63 grams / 2 troy oz and is hallmarked for London 1912 with the silversmiths mark for William Comyns.

This is a lovely box which is gilded inside and the whole item is in excellent condition.

Please note that this box will come in a gift box with a certificate of authenticity.
