Description

Large English solid sterling silver Albert pocket watch chain in the trombone link favoured by Winston Churchill.

Hallmarked Birmingham 1899, makers mark JS with a star for Joseph Sewill, watch manufacturer, South Castle Street, Liverpool .

Good heavy gauge chain, in sound condition with little general wear.

Lion marks on all links, some hallmarks now worn

The dog clip a replacement in unmarked silver plate

Total length of chain 15,3/4" or 400mm, weight 115 grams.
