A most impressive large Edwardian solid silver sugar caster in the rococo style, fully hallmarked for London 1905 by Alstons' & Hallam. 23 cm high. Weight: 461 grams.

A beautiful example, in excellent condition throughout. The hallmarks to the main caster are showing some rubbing as illustrated. The matching and corresponding hallmarks to the lid are perfect.
