A beautiful rare solid sterling silver quaich. It is hallmarked for Birmingham c1920's (date letter rubbed) with the makers marks being BI for Bernard Instone. It has been superbly made having enamel thistles to each handle. It is in superb condition, having no dings splits chips cracks or repairs, initials to the front. It measures 5.25 inches (13.4cms) across including the handles and 3.5 inches (9cms) excluding them by 1.25 inches (3.2cms) tall and weighs an impressive 102 grams.
