A beautiful very rare English solid sterling silver table, desk or reception bell. It is hallmarked for Birmingham 1895 with the makers mark being GU for George Unite. It has been beautifully designed and is in superb condition being free from dings splits holes and repairs. To ring it you twist the finial - it rings well. It measures approx. 4.75 inches (12cms) across by 4.25 inches (10.8cms) tall and weighs 258 grams. A very high quality rare piece.
