The face of the ring measures 2cm x 5mm Size Q U.S Size 8 Weight 3grams. The ring is set with a lovely approx 15 point natural ruby and sparkly approx 1 point diamonds in a illusion setting. This is a really pretty ring in excellent condition fully hallmarked for 18ct and platinum
