A beautiful hand made heavy solid sterling silver quaich. It is hallmarked for London 1962 with the makers marks being RES for R E Stone a highly regarded Arts & Crafts silversmith. It has been superbly made having a waved rim and hand plannished bowl. It is in superb condition, having no dings splits or repairs. It measures 5.75 inches (14.6cms) across including the handles and 3.75 inches (9.5cms) excluding them by over 1 inch tall and weighs an impressive 120 grams. A stunning rare example.
