This is a beautiful antique Victorian hallmarked sterling silver basket with swing handle and blue glass liner.

It measures 7? (18 cms) high to the top of the handle or 4? (10 cms) high to the rim x 4 1/2" (11.5 cms) across.

It weighs 199.5 grams / 6.4 troy oz without the liner and is hallmarked for Sheffield 1898 with the silversmiths mark for Joseph Rodgers & Sons.

The handle swings freely and the whole item is in excellent condition and ready to use.

This basket will come with a certificate of authenticity.
