An antique George V sterling silver Christening mug which has a plain round shaped body, a stylish side handle and resting on a plain circular foot. There is an interesting frieze at the top of this mug featuring hens, chicks and ducks in a farmhouse setting which makes it more collectible and desirable than the average Christening mug. It would make a perfect gift. This mug weighs 4.8 troy ounces (149 grams).
