As an indication of the quality of this bell, not only does the handle carry separate hallmarks, so also does the ringer.
The body of the bell is plain (and difficult to photograph!) with a lovely Repousse worked handle. The handle feels slightly loose but that doesn't affect the light ring tone of the bell.
