A super quality rare Victorian English solid sterling silver fish slice or server. It is hallmarked for London 1869 with the maker's marked being CB for Charles Boyton (II). It has been superbly designed being beautifully shaped and engraved with scrolls and a swan on a lake by a castle. The terminal has been engraved with initials. It is in superb condition being free from dings splits distortions and repairs. It measures approx. 12.5 inches (31.3cms) long by 2.5 inches (6.3cms) wide and weighs 152 grams. A super quality piece.
