A good quality mid 19th century combined gold Propelling Pencil and Pen with engine turned tubular body, two raised foliate scroll slider buttons extending the pen and the pencil, the cast foliate scroll decorated seal terminal set with a shield shaped blood stone seal and unscrewing to reveal a lead reservoir.
