Woodbridge Antiques has dated this piece to the Edwardian era.
. The interior has a gorgeous gilded finish and there is a loop at the top for attachment. Hallmarks are visible on the base for the Chester Assay Office with a date mark for 1903 and silver maker's mark for the renowned silversmith Cornelius Desormeaux Saunders & James Francis Hollings Shepherd.

An exquisite item of silverware and in super condition (the bevelled mirror has no marks to the glass). There is a very slight indentation to the base commensurate with age and mentioned for accuracy only).
