Description

A beautiful cased pair of English solid Britannia sterling silver serving spoons (actually higher grade silver than sterling). They are hallmarked for London 1905 with the makers marks being TB for Thomas Bradbury and Sons. They have been beautifully made having Trefid pattern terminals and rat tail design to the back of the bowls, an earlier 17th century style. They are in superb condition being free from dings splits and repairs, the case is also superb. They measures approx. 8 inches (20.3cms) long by over 1.75 inches (4.8cms) wide and have a combined weight of 132 grams (excluding the case). Beautifully made top quality very interesting examples.
