A beautiful solid sterling silver and enamelled snuff or pill box. It is hallmarked with the import marks for London 1926 with the makers mark being LSMLtd. It has been beautifully designed with the enamelled lid hand painted with the image of seascape. It is in superb condition being free from dings splits and repairs. The enamel is free from chips cracks and repairs - there are faint surface scratches when turned to catch the light. It measures approx. 2 inches (5cms) across by 1.5 inches (3.8cms) wide by 0.75 inches (1.8cms) tall and weighs 58 grams. A superbly made top quality piece.
