Antique George V Sterling Silver Tray

1900 - 1920
Description

An antique George V sterling silver tray which is rectangular shape in design with a plain body, a wonderful gadroon and shell border, two side handles equally decorated and resting on a flat base. This fine silver tray has been made to the highest standard and remains in excellent condition. It would be ideal to hold a four-piece tea and coffee set or a selection of decanters and glasses. The tray weighs 130 troy ounces (4,056 grams).

Height: 2.90 cms (1.1")

Length (from handle to handle): 76.70 cms (30.2")

Width: 46.30 cms (18.2")

Internal measurements: 54.00 cms (21.3") x 36.00 cms (14.2")

It was hallmarked in Sheffield for 1913 by William Hutton and still remains in excellent condition.

Complimentary postage is included within the price of this silver tray.
