Harrods Three Piece Silver Tea Set.

1940 - 1960
Description

Fine Regency style three piece silver tea set; comprising of tea pot, sugar bowl and cream jug. Of plain rectangular form, and all the quality expected from this great maker/manufacturer. Judging by the condition, this good size tea set has been rarely, or never, used. Interestingly, the maker's hall marks are for Richard Woodman Burbridge, who was the Chairman of Harrods, and the Harrods mark is on the underside of each piece. This was usual for the period.

Sheffield. 1964. Harrods (Richard Woodman Burbridge.)
