A beautifully elegant English solid sterling silver tea caddy box. It is hallmarked for Birmingham 1905 with the makers marks being GU. It has been beautifully made having a fluted base. It is in super condition being free from dings splits holes and repairs, the inside is clean and the top fits tightly. It measures approx. 3.75 inch (9.2cms) wide by almost 2.5 inches (6.4cms) across by 3.25 inches (8.3cms) tall and weighs 152 grams. A beautiful nice clean piece.
