Description

A quality Victorian solid silver pebble shaped tobacco box, fully hallmarked for London 1860 by Thomas Johnson. An unusually large example, with good engine turned decoration to both sides, with central vacant cartocuhe. The lid springs open perfectly and snaps closed well. The interior has a bright gilded interior.

A quality box, in excellent overall condition condition, professionally polished. A good early example.
