Rare English Sterling Silver Boer War Soldier Bookmark 1899 Military Antique

Description

A very rare English solid sterling silver bookmark. It is hallmarked for Birmingham 1899 with the makers marks being MBros for Miller Brothers. It has been superbly designed having a Boer War soldier terminal. It is in super condition being free from dings splits holes and repairs. It measures approx. 3.5 inches (8.9cms) long by 0.75 inch (1.8cms) wide and weighs 4 grams. A very rare example.
