A wonderful English solid silver and enamel cigarette case. It is hallmarked for London 1937 with the makers marks being those of Saunders and Shepherd. It has been beautifully made having white enamel edging with a sunburst opalescent enamel to its front and engine turning to its back. The inside has been gilded. It is in super condition being free from dings splits and repairs, the enamel is complete and free from chips, cracks, scratches, and repairs. It measures almost 3.5 inches (8.5cms) long by 2.75 inches (7cms) wide and weighs 102 grams. A beautifully design rare piece.
