A stunning top quality English solid sterling silver swing handled sugar basket or bonbon dish. It is hallmarked for Sheffield 1906 with the maker’s marks being TL. It has been beautifully made being internally gilded and is super condition being free from dings splits and repairs. It measures almost 5.5 inches (14.1cms) across by over 3 inches (8.2cms) wide by almost 6 inches 15cms) tall to the top of the handle vertical. It is very heavy weighing 172 grams. A beautifully designed Edwardian piece.
