A Royal College of Surgeons Commemorative Silver Snuff/pill Box

A superb and collectable item of George V silver. This is a silver box for snuff or tablets, with a richly gilded interior. The body is rectangular and has a hinged lid with the engraved inscription 'Royal College of Surgeons, England' and above is the detailed crest. The base is engraved 'Fellows & Members Annual Dinner 1928- '. An interesting Collector's piece, both practical and decorative and made by the great Hennell Family. Dimensions below.
