Antique Edwardian Sterling Silver & Tortoiseshell Trinket Box 1907

Description

This is a lovely antique Edwardian sterling silver and tortoiseshell trinket box measuring 4 1/2" (11 cms) x 3 1/4" (8 cms) x 2" (5 cms) high.

It's hallmarked for London 1907 with the silversmiths mark for William Comyns and it's also marked underneath with the retailers name 'Edwards & Son, 159, Regent St, London'.

Inside is lined in a blue velvet which is clean and ready for use.

The tortoiseshell lid has beautiful inlaid silver pique and the whole item is in excellent condition.
