Antique Victorian Sterling Silver Mustard Pot 1837

Description

This is a lovely antique Victorian sterling silver mustard pot in a gothic style measuring 4? (10 cms) across including the handle x 3? (7.5 cms) wide x 2? (5 cms) tall to the lid.

It’s hallmarked for Sheffield 1837 with the silversmiths mark for Henry Wilkinson & Co and it also comes with a spoon which is hallmarked for Birmingham 1827 so is obviously not original to the pot.

The spoon and mustard without the liner weigh 119.5 grams/3.8 troy oz.

There are no inscriptions or monograms and it’s all in excellent condition.
