A rare solid sterling silver surgeons bullet probe. It is hallmarked for London 1916 with the maker’s marks being GC&Sn. Its the kind of piece used by a surgeon in World War One. It is in superb condition being free from dings splits and repairs, it undulates but seems to have been made like this or deliberately adapted. It measures a touch under 5 inches (12.3cms) long and weighs 4 grams. A very rare and unusual piece.
