Large English Solid Sterling Silver Bruce Family Crested Tray 1910 Antique 368g

Description

A beautiful large English solid sterling silver tray. It is hallmarked for Birmingham 1910 with the maker’s marks being WGS&Co for W G Sothers &Co. It has superbly designed having an Arts & Crafts plannished style finish and has been engraved with a lion crest used by the Bruce family. It is in superb condition being free from dings splits holes and repairs - a couple of tiny dimples. It measures approx. 11.25 inches (28.6cms) across by 8.25 inches (20.7cms) and weighs 368 grams. A very good quality piece.
