Antique Victorian Sterling Silver Desk Top Stationery Folder 1899

Description

This is a beautiful antique Victorian sterling silver faced desk top stationery folder by the silversmiths Deakin & Francis and hallmarked for Birmingham 1899.

The silver is mounted on dark green leather all of which is in very good condition.

There is space for a photograph on the right hand side above which is a dipped area for your pen.

Inside the centre space has blotting paper in it but this could easily be changed for note paper and when you open the left hand side there is a sleeve for papers.

It measures 13" (33 cms) across when closed x 12" (30 cms).
