Description

A beautiful solid silver filigree card case. It is unmarked but tests as high grade silver. I would date it to the late Georgian early Victorian period, c1820-1850. It has been beautifully hand made being decorated with flowers and is in superb condition being free from dings holes and repairs, the filigree work is superb with just the odd tiny scroll missing. It measures approx. 3.5 inches (9cms) tall by 2.75 inches (5.8cms) wide and weighs 42 grams. A superbly designed beautiful example.
