Antique George II Sterling Silver Champagne Wine Label

A cast Antique George II Sterling silver Champagne wine label by Sandilands Drinkwater which has been designed with two naked boys, one holding a jug and bottle and the other one holding a basket of grapes. There is a plain shaped section engraved with ''Champagne'' and below is a Bacchus head motif profusely decorated with grapes. This wine label would make a desirable addition to a collection and would be perfect to use. It is 3.50 cms high, measures 6.30 cms in length and weighs 24 grams.
 
This Champagne wine label was hallmarked in London circa 1750 by Sandilands Drinkwater and remains in excellent condition.
