Description

An absolutely sensational and highly decorative complete boxed set of twelve fruit or desert knives and forks by the famous Fattorini & Son's of Bradford, the box with the original label.

Each knife and fork is in beautiful condition with wonderful iridescent Mother or Pearl handles, silver plated blades and tines and the highly decorative ferrules being made of sterling silver, each hallmarked for Birmingham 1900 / 1901, making this a late Victorian or early Edwardian set.

This set is highly ornate with intricate engraving, the kind we (and our clients) are always in search of.

Quite exceptional in every way and in superb condition. The box measures 12 1/2" x 8 1/2"; the knife measures 8 1/4" and the fork, 6 3/4" in length.
