Description

This is a beautifully detailed solid sterling silver pill box.

It carries the hallmarks for Birmingham 1900. Unfortunately the maker's mark is just too small to discern accurately.

The gilding inside is excellent. The plain lid, effectively an empty cartouche, has a couple of bruises and partial hallmarks on the side The hinge is tight and overall, this is a lovely item.
