Description

A very high quality Indian solid silver snuff box. It tests as sterling silver and dates to c1890 almost certainly made in the Kashmir region. It has been embossed with Chinar leaves and has a red banded agate set lid. It is in super condition being free from dings splits holes and repairs. The agate is free from chips cracks and repairs. It closes well. It measures approx. 2.75 inches (6.8cms) across by a touch over 1.5 inches by 0.75 inches tall and weighs 54 grams. A beautifully made very high quality piece.
