A stunning rare English solid sterling silver goblet or chalice. It is hallmarked for London 1928 with the maker’s marks being S&CoLtd for Searle & Co Ltd. It has a superbly deigned in a Arts and Crafts style. It is in superb condition being free from dings splits and repairs. It measures approx. 2.75 inches (7.1cms) tall by 3 inches (8cms) across the rim by 2.75 inches (7cms) across the base and weighs 158 grams (unweighted). A beautifully made very high quality piece.
