Description

An enormous example, even larger than a large example recently sold, this one measuring 12" in length with a glass diameter measuring 5".

The antler horn handle is finished with a solid or sterling silver dip and ferrule, both hallmarked for Sheffield 1888, so Victorian in era.

The nickel framed glass is of course new, making it very usable piece, without damage, clear and with a good magnification.

A superb, grand and impressive desk accessory in excellent condition.
