Antique English Sterling Silver Trefoil / Clover Shaped Dish - Ribbon & Bow

Description

A most unusual and absolutely charming large pierced or reticulated sterling silver dish or basket, perfect for perhaps Chocolates, Guest Soaps or Pot Pourri.

There are three handles all meeting up at the top with a ribbon and large bow design joining the three.

Made from a good gauge silver, weighing 6.29ozs or 178.3grams. The underside has both the full English silver hallmark and the English design registration number. The former being the hallmark for London 1905, Edwardian in era; together with the makers mark, HCF, for the silversmith's Henry Charles Freeman of Hatton Garden London. The English design registration number is also for the year 1905.

A stunning piece of antique English silver in excellent condition measuring 5 1/4" across x 5 1/4" tall to top of handle.
