Description

This is a very decorative silver mounted sliced-cut glass glue pot. Made in Birmingham 1917, the baluster body with sliced-cut decorations. The lid with a simple and stylish baluster hollow handle. The inner cover with brush attachment. Glue pots are rather scarce and this is a delightful example.

Birmingham Assay Mark.

Lion Passant.

Date letter "o" for 1913.

Dimensions:

Height: 9cm / 3.4 inches.

Base diameter: 5 cm / 2inches.

Condition:

Glass in excellent condition.

Silver lid in very good condition.
