A Fabulous Art Deco Bi-coloured Silver & Enamel Compact

A fabulous silver compact from the Art Deco period. This wonderful example is of excellent gauge silver and has one side with guilloche enamel in a stunning bi-coloured blue, divided by a silver band. The hinged body opens to reveal a fully gilded interior with a mirror. The compact is fully hallmarked and bears the sought after 'Jubilee' mark which was not always used during that year. A charming and desirable piece of silver and enamel from a bygone age. Dimensions below.
