The tray has a typical waisted shape and stands on 4 very small bun feet. Roses and foliage abound. There is a slight wobble on the tray. There looks to be a maker''s mark on the underside, possibly 2 entwined ''U''s. The snuffers carry the maker''s mark of John Gilbert, which was registered in 1812 in Birmingham.
