A Handsome Mappin & Webb Silver Capstan Inkwell

A smart and stylish silver inkwell from early in the reign of King George V. This appealing piece is of capstan form with a hinged lid and a ceramic inkwell liner. Made by the great name of Mappin & Webb this is an attractive example, both decorative and usable. Dimensions below.

Condition :- Very good, with no dents or splits. It has a couple of tiny blemishes to the body, commensurate with age and use.
